Need a new crockpot recipe? Here is one of our favorites:
Cream Cheese Chicken
3 lbs chicken breasts (I use frozen)
2 T butter
1 packet Italian seasoning mix
8 oz. cream cheese
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
Place chicken, butter, and Italian seasoning mix in the crockpot.
Cook for 4 hours on high, or 8 hours on low. An hour before serving, shred the chicken and add the cream cheese and cream of mushroom soup.
After an hour, when the cream cheese has softened, mix it all together. Serve over rice.
