Pittsburgh Moms Blog is so excited to be hosting our first event of 2017 with Painting with a Twist – Pittsburgh West (Robinson Township)

We’ve selected a kid-friendly art piece for a 90-minute course run by one of Painting with a Twist’s friendly instructors.

Note: Recommended age 3+ for independent painters. For younger kids, share a paint set-up with an adult.

Kings Family Restaurant is sponsoring this event and will be providing coffee, bagels, cinnamon bread, fruit, brownies, and a yogurt parfait building station.

Fun for the entire family as we make the most of this day off school and work. A great outing to bring along a friend or make new ones as you connect with other Pittsburgh families. The Pencil Grip will be supplying a Kwik Stix paint sample gift for each child that paints and also 3 door prizes. Kwik Stix packs are available at Books a Million

All painters will participate in a 90-minute class led by a Painting with a Twist instructor and will get to take home their completed canvass.

When: Monday, February 20, 2017 from 9:30 to 11:30 AM (Presidents Day)

Where:  Painting with a Twist – Pittsburgh West (Robinson Township): 5994 Steubenville Pike, Ste G, Robinson Township, PA 15136; 412-294-0301. Directions.

Kids and adults can paint! For each family, please purchase the first ticket at $20 before purchasing the $15 additional tickets. We’ll need this to ensure enough paint set-ups, gifts, food and coffee for everyone. The $20 ticket will be for the first painter from each family, whether it’s an adult or child. Each additional painter from each family will be at the $15 ticket rate. A child may “share” a paint set-up with an older child or adult, following the pricing outlined above. Non-painters (adults and children) are free, but we ask that you register so that we can ensure enough food and prizes.

We are happy to add that children’s book author, Stefanie Hohl, one of Pittsburgh Moms Blog’s own contributing writers, will be at this event with her latest book: ABC See, Hear, Do. Get a signed copy of her book at Painting with a Twist.
