  6. Provolone Cheese
  7. Butter
  8. 2 13x9 Pans
  9. Salt and Pepper to taste
Instructions
  1. Grease/Butter Pans and preheat oven to 350.
  2. Cook steak until thoroughly, drain grease.
  3. Saute peppers and onions with a little butter.
  4. Cut buns down the middle, keeping them intact. You should have a top half and a bottom half.
  5. Place bottom half of buns in both pans.
  6. Layer ranch, onions, peppers, cheese, steak, cheese, ranch.
  7. Put top half of buns on top.
  8. Melt enough butter to spread over top of buns with brush or spoon. Spread on buns.
  9. Cover with foil and place in oven for 10 minutes.
  10. After 10 minutes take off foil and bake for 10 more minutes.

Notes
  1. I see some recipes call for mayo, ranch tastes good too.
  2. Onions and peppers are optional. We only do onions.
  3. I mistakenly bought mozzarella instead of provolone and it was still really good.
  4. My family loves when I make this!
