Mini Philly Cheese Steak Sliders

Ingredients
- 2 Packs of Hawaiian Rolls (Brand you prefer, Aldi's brand is really good)
- 2 Packs of Steak Umms or thinly sliced steak of 10 or more
- 1 Onion (optional)
- 1 Green Pepper (optional)
- Ranch
- Provolone Cheese
- Butter
- 2 13x9 Pans
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Grease/Butter Pans and preheat oven to 350.
- Cook steak until thoroughly, drain grease.
- Saute peppers and onions with a little butter.
- Cut buns down the middle, keeping them intact. You should have a top half and a bottom half.
- Place bottom half of buns in both pans.
- Layer ranch, onions, peppers, cheese, steak, cheese, ranch.
- Put top half of buns on top.
- Melt enough butter to spread over top of buns with brush or spoon. Spread on buns.
- Cover with foil and place in oven for 10 minutes.
- After 10 minutes take off foil and bake for 10 more minutes.
- Take out of oven, cool off and serve with fries or your favorite side.
- Enjoy!
Notes
- I see some recipes call for mayo, ranch tastes good too.
- Onions and peppers are optional. We only do onions.
- I mistakenly bought mozzarella instead of provolone and it was still really good.
- My family loves when I make this!
